Gillian Dagan, PhD, MBA, CFS
Dr. Gillian Dagan is a 20 year veteran of the food industry. Her passion is improving food quality across manufacturing, food service, and grocery segments. Her experience spans all foods and beverages, and some non-food consumables and packaging.
Working in the 3rd party testing sector of the food industry, she has been fortunate to work for thousands of R&D teams, marketing groups, brand managers, and quality assurance leaders. She has been inside production facilities, seen proprietary technologies, and created quality manuals. Dr. Dagan's unique insight into these companies provides a catbird's seat for designing quality systems, best practices training, and troubleshooting quality issues. Further, her experience with food service and private label quality teams gives her additional perspectives on how to deliver practical solutions to quality assurance problems.
